Early Bird Discount. Register and pay the $150 deposit by APRIL 15, 2017 and receive a $25 discount.
Balance of Fees are due by June 1, 2017. Fees can be paid all at once or in increments between the time you reigster and June 1. You may also make additional payment by check, cash or money order. If your child is unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
New Camper Recruitment Bonus - Bring a new friend to camp for the week and earn a $25 discount on your registration fees (limit one per person). "New" Campers cannot have attended camp in the past three years, nor be a member of your immediate family.
Multi-Child/Multi Week Discount The first week and first child are a at full fee but each additional child or additional week receive a $25 discount. This may be combined with other discounts such as the Early Bird and New Camper Recruitment discounts
Refund Policy: If your cancellation occurs prior to June 1st, then all fees are refundable, less a $75 administrative fee. If your cancellation occurs after June 1st, or within 2 weeks of the beginning of the session, whichever is earlier, a $100 administrative is retained. No refunds are given to families of children who must be sent home due to improper behavior or in cancellation occer less than 2 weeks prior to scheduled session. Campers may transfer to another session without any penalty.
Returned Check: A $45 fee will be charged for checks returned due to insufficient funds. You will then be required to make all payments with a cashier's check, money order, cash or credit card.
Confirmation/Cancellation: Once we have received your registration form and deposit we will send you a statement indicating any remaining balance and your registration status. Registrations are not complete until a completed Health History form has been received. Campers will be notified if the session is full. Camp Pendola reserves the right to cancel any session or program for just reason. Prompt notice will be given.
Financial aid is available - Camp Pendola is committed to helping make it possible for all children to attend camp. Campership funds are available to children of all faiths, between the ages of 6 and 17 who can participate in, and benefit from the program. Rules for acceptance and participation in the camp program are the same for everyone regardless of race, color, national origin, age, sex, or handicap. In support of that commitment, Camp Pendola has a campership fund to offer aid to families who could not otherwise afford the full cost of camp. All families are encouraged to apply if help is needed. Varying amounts of financial assistance are offered depending upon need.
